What Knowledge Graph Shows
Knowledge Graph helps you see relationships that FAQ Ally found across prepared knowledge. It includes links between structured records, links between documents, and a map view for visual exploration.
Open Knowledge → Knowledge Graph from the Knowledge hub. Use this area after training related documents or after reviewing structured records in Business Understanding.
How to Use the Area
1 Check Overview
Overview shows the number of record links, document links, and documents with links. If there are no connections yet, train related content and review structured records first.
2 Browse Record Links
Record links shows relationships between business records. Use it to understand which records refer to the same entity, support a shared process, or help explain related operational facts.
3 Browse Document Links
Document links shows when documents clearly reference, replace, depend on, or relate to one another. This helps teams find the surrounding context for a policy, contract, SOP, or procedure.
4 Open the Map
Map gives a visual view of connected knowledge. Use filters when available to focus on an agent, a document relationship view, or a specific record neighborhood.
How to Read Empty or Low Counts
- No record links yet means FAQ Ally has not found supported relationships between structured records.
- No document links yet means trained documents have not produced clear document-to-document relationships.
- Low counts can be normal when source material is narrow, recently trained, or intentionally separated by topic.
Best Practices
- Use clear document titles. Meaningful file names and headings make relationships easier to interpret.
- Keep related procedures together. Documents that cite earlier procedures or replacement policies should include enough context to identify the relationship.
- Review before acting. A graph connection is a navigation aid. Use source documents to verify important decisions.
- Return after retraining. New files, snippets, and reviewed records can create new links.
