What Knowledge Intelligence Shows

Knowledge Intelligence explains how prepared knowledge performs during answering. It looks at evidence groups, often verified sources, and patterns that may be outdated. It does not invent answers or replace source review.

Open Knowledge → Knowledge Intelligence from the Knowledge hub after your team has trained an agent and asked questions that produce cited answers.

How to Use the Area

1 Start with Overview

Overview summarizes evidence groups, often verified patterns, and stale or outdated patterns if any are detected.

2 Open Evidence Patterns

Evidence patterns shows which sources FAQ Ally uses most often and which sources may need a fresh look. Use this tab to understand whether answers are drawing from the right knowledge.

3 Compare Patterns with Source Quality

If a source appears often, confirm that it is current, clear, and approved for the agent that uses it. If a source is stale, update the underlying file or snippet and retrain the agent.

How to Read Empty or Low Counts

  • No evidence groups yet means FAQ Ally has not collected enough cited answer usage for this view.
  • No verified patterns yet means there are not enough repeated, validated evidence patterns to show.
  • No outdated patterns flagged means the current snapshot has not identified stale evidence patterns.

Best Practices

  • Ask real questions after training. Knowledge Intelligence becomes more useful after people ask representative questions and receive cited answers.
  • Investigate frequently used sources. Sources that show up often should be kept current and well owned.
  • Use stale signals as prompts. A stale pattern is a reason to review the source, not automatic proof that the answer is wrong.
  • Pair this with Operational Intelligence. Knowledge Intelligence explains evidence use, while Operational Intelligence helps prioritize quality work.
