What Operational Intelligence Shows
Operational Intelligence turns evaluated evidence into quality findings and next actions. It helps teams improve prepared knowledge by showing Knowledge Health, recent changes, operational findings, delivery rules, delivery history, and admin review items where available.
Open Operational Intelligence from the Knowledge hub. If your plan does not include this feature, FAQ Ally shows an upgrade message instead of the dashboard.
How to Use the Area
1 Choose the Scope
Use the company or AI agent scope switch when available. Company view summarizes portfolio-level status. AI agent view focuses on one agent's operational knowledge.
2 Review Overview
Overview summarizes current health, evaluation status, email delivery, and findings that may need attention. Use it as the starting point before opening deeper tabs.
3 Open Knowledge Health
Knowledge Health measures the quality of operational knowledge available to a company scope or selected AI agent. It can show readiness, evidence quality, next actions, and areas waiting for more evaluation.
4 Check What's Changed
What's Changed reports changes after training or evaluation activity. Use it after a retrain to see what shifted before teams depend on new answers.
5 Work Insights and Admin Review
Insights lists findings with filters such as severity, domain, status, dimension, and surface. Admin Review appears for admins and collects findings that need administrative action.
6 Configure Delivery
Delivery Rules controls who receives configured insight notifications. Delivery History shows sent, queued, suppressed, or failed deliveries and lets admins retry failed delivery where supported.
How to Read Empty or Waiting States
- No findings yet can mean there is not enough evaluated evidence, or no current issue has been detected.
- No Knowledge Health score yet means the selected company or AI agent scope has not produced enough data for that view.
- No What's Changed report yet means a report has not been generated for the current scope and training activity.
- Delivery history is empty means no matching insight notifications have been sent or queued yet.
Best Practices
- Review after major training runs. New documents can improve coverage, but they can also introduce conflicts or stale references.
- Use severity with evidence. Prioritize high severity findings, then open source context before taking action.
- Separate evidence from decisions. Operational Intelligence reports what evaluated evidence supports. Teams still own business decisions.
- Set delivery rules carefully. Send findings to the people responsible for the source area so quality work reaches the right owner.
